QuickStart Implementation Programs
Summa has developed several low-cost programs to quickly configure and
customize your Salesforce system. These "QuickStart" offerings are
designed to complete implementations quickly, so you can begin realizing
a return on your CRM investment as soon as possible.
Professional Edition QuickStart
- 4 days of services: the agenda is developed jointly with the client
- Recommended allocation:
- 1/2 Day: Requirements/Design Session
- 3 Days: Joint org customizations and configuration - Standard configuration
and customization services, plus initial data load assistance
- 1/2 Day: Org Review - Informal training session for single person/group
- Flexibility - we focus on the areas of most importance to you
- This program assumes a collaborative and iterative approach to implementation. We
work closely with you and solicit feedback as we go, rather than taking a more formal
project approach with scheduled checkpoint meetings.
- Pricing: $5,000
Enterprise Edition QuickStart
- 6 days of services: the agenda is developed jointly with the client
- Recommended allocation:
- 1 Day: Requirements/Design and Business Process Review Session with
Object Model Deliverable
- 4 1/2 Days: Joint org customizations and configuration - Standard configuration
and customization services, plus initial data load assistance
- 1/2 Day: Org Review - Informal training session for single person/group
- Flexibility - we focus on the areas of most importance to you
- This program assumes a collaborative and iterative approach to implementation. We
work closely with you and solicit feedback as we go, rather than taking a more formal
project approach with scheduled checkpoint meetings.
- Pricing: $7,500
Implementation Assistance Packages
- Unstructured consulting services - a one, two or three day block of time
to assist with your internal implementation efforts
- Covers customization and configuration services
- 1 Day Package (8 hours): $1,500
- 2 Day Package (16 hours): $2,500
- 3 Day Package (24 hours): $3,750

Formal Training Workshops
Formal On-Site Training Workshop Options:
- Full Day training workshop: $2,500
- 1/2 Day training workshop: $1,500
- Both options include custom training content. We customize our
training templates with screen captures of your Salesforce system
and leave the materials behind as a reference resource.
Data Migration
The quality and completeness of your data is critical to a successful CRM implementation. Summa
has experience converting data from Saleslogix, ACT!, Goldmine, Siebel and other CRM databases to
Salesforce.com. We also have experience migrating data from Outlook, Excel and many file-based and
database sources.
