- Tom Vrana, Assistant Director of Enrollment in Computing Services at
Carnegie Mellon University, will provide an overview of the multi-year
strategy and incremental approach for an SOA-based modernization of their
legacy Student Information Systems
- Tom Doyle, Manager of Architecture Support at Highmark, will provide an
overview of Highmark's Salesforce Automation project. The session will focus on
the approach and benefits of SOA-based SaaS integration using Salesforce.com,
ESB and legacy backend systems to modernize healthcare insurance sales
processes
