Edward Engler Ed is Chairman and founder of Summa. He established Summa in 1996 to design and develop mission-critical web-enabled applications for large-scale systems. Under Ed's leadership, Summa was recognized as one of Pittsburgh's fastest growing companies three years in a row, including being the fastest growing privately held company in Pittsburgh in 2001.

Audrey Dunning As Chief Executive Officer of Summa, Audrey is responsible for
running all facets of the business, including managing day to day operations and executing on
the company's growth strategy and initiatives. Audrey has a proven executive management track
record and over 25 years of driving sales growth in the technology industry. Under her leadership,
Summa has consistently grown its revenue base, while maintaining high rates of
employee and customer retention. During this time, Summa has been named to the Pittsburgh 100 List
of fast-growing, privately-held companies and recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in
Western Pennsylvania four years running. Prior to Summa, Audrey held sales leadership positions in
distributed systems software at IBM/Transarc and Software AG, after beginning a career in sales with
Xerox Corporation. She serves on the Advisory Board of the Pittsburgh Technology Council's Pgh Tech
Women's Network and is an active volunteer member of Powerlink, a non-profit organization that helps
women-owned businesses grow profitably. She earned a B.S. in Business and Psychology from the
University of Pittsburgh.

Pedro Barelli Pedro is Summa's Chief Operating Officer and one of its founding
members. In his role as COO, Pedro oversees operations activities, including Finance, Recruiting,
Legal and Human Resources. A former Senior Technical Manager with over 12 years of experience, he is
still a technologist at heart and is involved in mentoring Summa's consultants. Pedro holds a
MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.

Rick Kotermanski Rick is the Chief Technology Officer for Summa. He is responsible for
leadership and execution of Summa's technology strategy and new practice development. Rick has more than
25 years of leadership experience in the architecture, management, design and implementation of
mission-critical applications. His experience includes a proven track record in end-to-end responsibilities
on application modernization, systems integration, SOA and product development projects using a variety of
technologies. Prior to Summa, Rick was a WebSphere Development Manager at the IBM Pittsburgh Lab. Rick
holds a B. S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.

Dan McDermott Dan is Summa's Chief Delivery Officer and is responsible for leading
Summa's talented consulting team and ensuring that Summa's client engagements are successfully
delivered with the highest degrees of quality and customer satisfaction. An 18-year technology veteran,
he is an accomplished Project Manager with a strong understanding of software development lifecycles
and Project Management methodologies. A former Customer Support and Development Manager for IBM, Dan
holds a B. S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.

Jeremy Smith As Practice Manager for Healthcare Solutions, Jeremy oversees the design,
development, implementation and post-live support of Summa's healthcare industry solutions. He coordinates
the consulting delivery, training, recruiting, sales and marketing functions at Summa, bringing them to
focus on the needs and opportunities inherent in the changing landscape of healthcare IT. He has served
the industry in roles including software architect, software developer, integration analyst and project
manager. Jeremy earned a B.S. in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh, with
minors in Computer Science and Business, has a Master's Certificate in Project Management and is a
credentialized PMP.

Jason Armstrong Jason is the Practice Director for Business Transformation Solutions for Summa. He is responsible
for managing Summa's offerings related to application and business modernization, including new services
development, along with consultant and customer education. Jason has over 15 years of experience working in
various aspects of IT from technical support to software development, solutions architecture and project
management, and enterprise application development. He has worked on a variety of projects in the financial,
travel and hospitality, media and insurance industries. Jason graduated from Ohio University with a
B.S.B.A. in Management Information Systems.

Mike Ripple In his role as Vice President, CRM Solutions, Mike oversees Summa's CRM
practice. Mike is responsible for developing and managing Summa's CRM Practice solutions based
on the Salesforce.com and Force. com platform. Mike's practice focus includes CRM implementation
and training, integration solutions, data conversion and Force.com development. Force. com is
Salesforce.com's platform-as-a-service (PaaS) technology for developing custom cloud-based
applications. Over the past 30 years, he has worked in and
around high technology companies, holding senior and executive positions in business development, operations,
marketing and development. Mike has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Bucknell University and a
MBA from Drexel University.

Steve Lippock Steve is Vice President, CRM Sales and Business Development for Summa,
driving business for Summa's CRM Practice and managing our partnership with Salesforce.com. Steve
founded HarvestGold in 2003 and built the company into a leading provider of planning and implementation
services for the Salesforce.com CRM software system and a top Salesforce.com Delivery Partner. He has over
25 years of sales experience, and 15 years of sales management and executive experience in various industries.
Steve graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B. S. in Economics.

Betty George Betty is Summa's Director of Business Development. She leads Summa's business
partner strategy from developing new partnership relationships to overseeing the marketing and sales of
our current partner relationships. Betty is involved with development work around Summa's key practice growth
areas of BPM/BRMS, Cloud Integration and Healthcare. She has over 25 years of sales, marketing and business
development experience with IT companies, including IBM and working closely with mid-market companies. Betty
holds a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Mississippi.
