Edward Engler Ed is Chairman and founder of Summa. He established Summa in 1996 to design and develop mission-critical web-enabled applications for large-scale systems. Under Ed's leadership, Summa was recognized as one of Pittsburgh's fastest growing companies three years in a row, including being the fastest growing privately held company in Pittsburgh in 2001.

Audrey Dunning Audrey is Chief Executive Officer of Summa. Audrey leads Summa's corporate strategy, in addition to overseeing sales, marketing and business development activities. She has more than 20 years of sales and sales management experience in early stage IT companies and large corporations, such as IBM and Software AG.

Pedro Barelli Pedro is Summa's Chief Operating Officer. His responsibilities include overseeing delivery and consulting operations, IT and finance. Pedro is an accomplished technologist, with more than 12 years of experience working as a senior technical manager on projects in the Financial, Banking, Telecommunications and Technology industries.

Rick Kotermanski Rick is the Chief Technology Officer for Summa. Rick serves as Summa's
technical lead for new practice and business development, in
addition to his role as a Principal Consultant leading client
engagements. Rick has over 20 years of experience in the
architecture, management, design and development of successful
mission-critical application and product development projects.

Dan McDermott Dan provides key strategic leadership as Summa's Director of Consulting Services.
His responsibilities include Career Management for a team of consultants and leading the direction and
delivery of consulting engagements. An 18 year technology veteran, Dan is an accomplished Project Manager
with a strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Project Management methodologies.
